What is this site?
Pick An Adventure is based on the idea of the old 'Choose Your Own Adventure' books, except you help create the story. You can follow a story when others have written it, and if you get to a point where no one has created anything further, you will have the option to fill it in yourself.
How do I add to the stories?
Start reading a story, and follow the choices as you like. If you come across a choice that leads to 'page ???' then that page has not yet been created and you can make it yourself.
How can I make a whole new story?
At the moment, you can't. If you have a great story idea email admin@pickanadventure.com. We'll create it for you and then you can carry on as usual with the rest of the pages.
What does it mean when I go to create a new page and it says 'This page requires approval before more paths can branch from it'?
To prevent shit pages, all new pages either need to be specifically approved, or have a high enough score through enough people voting on it. You will still be able to view it, but until it has been approved no further pages will be created from this one, otherwise these pages would also be lost if we end up deleting the shit page.
Why can't I vote?
You can only vote once you're logged in.
How do I get a log in?
Click the register link down the bottom of the screen.
